Rationale

With the increasing economic challenges facing students, the Student Union Executive Body seeks to devise creative and innovative strategies to alleviate this problem. One such strategy is the implementation of a Student Union Scholarship Fund.

Objective

The Student Union Scholarship Fund is to subsidize the tuition fee and other expenses associated with funding tertiary education for some of our most financially-challenged students. This will further promote a higher level of motivation for learning, not just for the recipient, but also for the entire student body as it will inspire others to strive for excellence in spite of their financial constraints.
