FLOW tertiary scholarships – Flow has continued to demonstrate its commitment to education and development of its staff through its annual tertiary scholarship programme.
For the 2024/2025 academic year, $8 million in Flow scholarships and grants were presented to over 30 staff members and their dependents. The beneficiaries under the company’s scholarship programme are currently pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate studies at The University of the West Indies.
Now in its fifth year, the Flow scholarships initiative underscores Flow’s dedication to building a culture of learning, empowerment, and growth within its organisation and the wider community. As a subsidiary of Liberty Latin America, the company continues to prioritize the personal and professional advancement of its workforce, reinforcing its reputation as a people-centred organisation.

“Education is a cornerstone of development, and our Flow tertiary scholarships programme represents the business’s commitment to being a catalyst for personal and professional advancement for team members. By investing in the academic pursuits of our employees and their dependents, we aim to contribute to the development of a skilled and empowered workforce that will shape the future,” he said.
Among the recipients of the Flow tertiary scholarships is Devar Shaw, who is pursuing an undergraduate degree in management studies.
“This scholarship from Flow is more than financial support; it’s an investment in my future. I feel really good to know that my employers are enabling me with not only financial support but also boosting my confidence as I work towards achieving my dreams,” Shaw said.
Another team member, Patrick Thompson, whose son Brandon is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in medicine, shared that “this Flow tertiary scholarships has helped to pave the way in Brandon pursuing his passion and fulfilling his dream of helping others through medicine.“
Since inception, more than $40 million has been awarded under the Flow tertiary scholarship programme.
