
On an annual basis, Carreras awards more than thirty (30) awards, including the SEEK scholarships at various fields and levels of tertiary education in Jamaica, including Teachers’ College Scholarships, Community College Scholarships, National scholarships, which for the first time in the company’s history, is an offer of a full scholarship at the undergraduate level for the duration of the selected awardees’ studies and visual and performing arts scholarships.
Applicants must be Jamaican citizens, 18 years and older and have achieved at least a B average or 3.0 GPA in the previous academic year.

How to Apply for the 2025 Carreras SEEK Scholarship
ScholarshipJamaica.com is pleased to announce the launch of the 2025 Carreras SEEK Scholarship Fund on that closes July 1, 2025. Carreras Limited recognizes that there exist a lot of unharnessed talents in Jamaica and sees itself as an integral player in the fight for Jamaicans to be given the opportunity to realize their maximum potential.
In so doing they have sought to increase their reach to youths that have demonstrated strong academic prowess and are in need of financial assistance.
One Million Jamaican Dollars (J$1,000,000) scholarships per students are now available from the Carreras SEEK Scholarship programme for undergraduate studies in the Liberal Arts, Humanities and Sciences at any local university or college.
Applications for the 2025 Carreras SEEK Scholarship Closes Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
Application Criteria
- Be a Jamaican citizen (required to provide a copy of ID)
- Be an enrolled student at ANY of the institutions noted
- Produce completed SEEK Scholarships application form and two references (academic and character)
- Official School transcript
- BE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
- Have achieved at least a ‘B’ average (GPA of 3.0) in the previous academic year.
- MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO APPLY
