The JCPD is encouraging persons registered with the organisation who have not yet benefited under the COVID-19 Allocation of Resources for Employees (CARE) Programme to apply for financial support.
Google announced 100,000 google scholarships in the form of three (3) new online certificate programs in data analytics, project management and user experience design on the Coursera Online Learning platform. The certificates will be created and taught by Google employees.
Apply for the 2020 Arthur Winzro Parks Engineering Scholarship. The award is available to all local students enrolled in engineering studies.

Over the next five (5) years, the Government of Jamaica will be providing 150 GOJ postgraduate scholarships for civil servants, valued more than $1 billion, as part of the human capital development thrust within the public service.
The GOJ will be allocating $1 billion in back-to-school assistance to over 200,000 children who are on the PATH programme & poor relief support.
The Mico Old Students Association has handed over J$1.5 million to the Mico University College COVID-19 Relief Fund to assist students impacted by the pandemic.
Three Interact Club members of Manning’s School here, who will be pursuing their tertiary education at The University of the West Indies, Mona, in September, were recently awarded Josephine Lilly Wolf Memorial scholarships, and grants from the Rotary Club of Savanna-la-Mar, to further their education.
