Its that time again to apply for the annual GraceKennedy Scholarships from the GraceKennedy Foundation. We are pleased to announce the good news that GraceKennedy Group has opened its annual financial aid programme.

All candidates applying for the Gracekennedy scholarships and bursaries should read the application criteria, eligibility requirements, and deadline carefully. It is important to read the terms and conditions for the scholarship prior to filling out the form.
The GraceKennedy Scholarships Categories
The Gracekennedy Foundations will be offering ten (10) scholarship categoris this academic year including Gracekennedy bursary. The scholarship categories and qualifications are as follows:
The GraceKennedy/Jamaica Scholarship, tenable at The University of the West Indies: Available to students who are currently completing CAPE 2 examinations and will be attending the University of the West Indies. (students studying Medicine or Law do not qualify). The following fields of study/faculties will not be considered for this
scholarship: Medicine, Law, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Dentistry.
The scholarship is valued at J$550,000.00 per annum for a maximum period of three (3) consecutive years. It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide proof of how the balance of the tuition will be paid if the value of the Scholarship does not cover tuition. The GraceKennedy University of Technology Scholarship, tenable to FULL-TIME at The University of Technology, Jamaica annually. The following fields of study/faculties will not be considered for this scholarship: Dentistry, Law, Nursing.
The scholarship is for tuition only valued at a maximum of J$450,000.00 per annum for a maximum period of four (4) consecutive years. It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide proof of how the balance of the tuition will be paid if the value of the Scholarship does not cover tuition in full. The Gracekennedy/Carlton Alexander Award: Available to past students of Jamaica College ONLY and tenable at The University of the West Indies and the University of Technology, Jamaica for FULL-TIME students. Non-Sponsored Medicine or Dentistry applications will NOT be considered.
The scholarship is valued at a maximum of J$500,000.00 per annum for a maximum period of three (4) consecutive years for students attending UWI and four (4) consecutive years for students attending UTech. The Rafael Diaz Scholarship for Business: Available to undergraduate students in the Faculty of Social Science at the University of the West Indies. The following Majors will not be considered for this scholarship: Psychology, Sociology, Social Work.

The Douglas Orane Scholarship for Science, Technology Or Engineering: available to undergraduate students at The University of the West Indies, University of Technology, Jamaica.
The applicant must have completed the Gracekenndy Bursary application for admission as a full-time student to one (1) of the institutions listed in 2.0 and, at the time of interview, have been accepted for entry. Have a 3.0 GPA average or above.
The grant is valued at JA$400,000.00 per annum for a maximum period of three (3) consecutive years for UWI and four (4) consecutive years for UTech. The Bruce Rickards Award: Available to past students of Kingston College ONLY and tenable at the University of the West Indies and the University of Technology, Jamaica. Have completed the application for admission as a fulltime student to one (1) of the institutions listed in 2.0 and, at the time of interview, have been accepted for entry.
The scholarship is valued at a maximum of JA$500,000.00/annum for a maximum period of three consecutive years for the UWI and four (4) consecutive years for UTech. The Gracekennedy Scholarship to The Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts: Available to 2nd, 3rd or 4th year students studying at any of the four schools (Dance, Music, Drama and Art – if you are in the other two schools, please contact the donor for qualification details).
The scholarship is valued at a maximum of JA$400,000.00/annum for a maximum period of three (3) consecutive years.
