Apply now for the 2024 Government of Jamaica’s Mico STEM Scholarships (Mico University College) programme for those pursuing studies to become a STEM Teacher.
The Ministry of Finance and the Public Service’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Scholarship programme is geared at assisting some 1,250 new student teachers with full tuition scholarships over the next five years at Mico University College. The programme was formed out of a partnership with the Students’ Loan Bureau in the MOFPS and Mico University College.

Most Mico STEM scholarships are non-renewable so you will need to reapply in order to receive the scholarship again but so long as you maintain the required Mico GPA of 3.0 you should have no problem of acquiring back your scholarship.

Students MUST fulfil the matriculation at the University College in order to qualify for any scholarships.
Athletic Scholarships – Must be part of a national sporting team and a letter sent from coach.
