The N.C.B. Foundation is committed to helping our nation as we navigate COVID-19 together. We will be providing up to J$25M in grants for Jamaicans who are now unemployed due to COVID-19.
This will be done through our Level Up Grant Programme, in partnership with iCreate Institute, Northern Caribbean University (NCU) and Internet Income Jamaica Limited.

These grants for short-term online courses allow us to stay true to our roots and core focus on education and our push towards enhancing digital literacy and adoption. At the same time, it creates a pathway for unemployed persons to resume earning income to support themselves and their families. Their aim is to provide students with the vital training, tools, and support they require to build a successful online business. Resources available to students include online courses, live training, and ongoing personalized support from our experienced team of experts.
IIJ has a wealth of life-changing success stories that students continue to share, which fuels their commitment to continue to serve the online community. Particularly during this time of economic uncertainty, they look forward to impacting the lives of as many people as possible; while benefiting the economy as a whole.
Northern Caribbean University (NCU)
Northern Caribbean University (NCU) constantly strives to offer the highest quality educational experience to all of its students, whether it is in the traditional sense of classroom instruction or in alternative teaching methodologies, such as Distance Education Center.
In an effort to reach more students, the university is making more of its course offerings available in the distance education format sponsored through the Level Up Grant Programme.
iCreate is a Creative Institute developed with the aim of filling the gap in skills training and development of creatives in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.
As an important part of the creative eco-system, we provide students with a wide range of career opportunities in the Creative Economy, while being a key partner of the Advertising Industry, Film Production Companies, Animation and Gaming Companies, and Creative Outsourcing initiatives.
